This first release is the original and unblended base beer that lays the foundation of more deliciousness and complexity to come.
Local terroir from Yarian malts and aged hops emphasize the bright aromas of lemon zest, the warm fragrance of toasted pine nuts, and poppy seeds makes for a very approachable mixed fermentation saison where everyone can experience a bit of funk without overwhelming the palate.
We’re very excited about this first release and hope to invoke a sense of place and purpose that we’ve all come to appreciate as brewers in this little valley of Ohio we’ve come to call home. A beautiful canvas for our future collaboration with friends.
